Narrative:
The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) is in compliance with Principle 4.3 because both the UAH website and the printed Course Schedule make available information regarding the calendar of events regarding academic milestones. Grading policies are covered in the UAH Undergraduate Catalog 2003-2005, pp. 62-65, UAH Graduate Catalog 2003-2005, pp. 33-34, and in the UAH Student Handbook 2004-2006, Chapter 5, Section 10. The refund policy is published in the printed Schedule of Classes and in the UAH Student Handbook 2004-2006, Chapter 6, Section 15.
